There are so many delicious fall foods aren't there? With apple and pear harvests happening, as well as all the delicious squash, beet and cabbage recipes out there, it's hard to choose what I love the most about it.

This recipe is simply screaming FALL, it's a pumpkin carrot soup with dukkah, it's on my to-make list from TeriAnn Carty. Her recipe uses pistachios and sesame seeds, which you can find in our shop.

This lentil and nut loaf is also on my list, I had wanted to make it before getting the newsletter out, but life got in the way.

Now is the time to turn to those crunchy winter salads, using cabbage, or carrots and mixing wheatberries into the mix for depth and texture. Sprinkle some dukkah on this, or, add a whole load of sprouted sunflower seeds to it like I do.

Looking for other crisp recipes to use up your bounty of apples and pears? Try this one that has pecans, almonds and shredded coconut in the crispy topping.

This pear frangipane tart is a favourite with many of you, so I thought now, as there are still so many pears out there, it was a good time to remind you of it.

When the fruit begins to fade, there are always lemons, and this lemon polenta cake is one of the favourites on our site.

That's all for now, happy baking, chopping and slicing.
