Fudgesicles, vegan, gluten free
These fudgesicles are so delicious and so easy to make! The creaminess and depth of flavour hit all the right spots.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cashew pieces, soaked if they are hard, or if your blender is not very powerful. Ours are usually fine to use without soaking first. If you want to make your popsicles and don't want to wait through the soaking cycle, then simply pour hot water on them and let them sit for 15 minutes, then drain well.
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup macadamia nut milk (or any other milk of choice)
4 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons cacao powder
Directions
Place all items in a blender and blend on high speed until fully mixed.
Pour into your popsicle mold and place in the freezer until fully set.
