January Recipe Round-Up
I made these cookies pictured the other night, subbed in macadamia nut butter in place of the hazelnut as that's what I had the energy to make in the moment - they are already peeled and whip up into butter so quickly!

Winter salads are so delicious and this one with brussels sprouts and toasted hazelnuts (just use the sprouted ones!) is great!
